Speech Pathologist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' communication skills.
• Provide therapy to patients to improve speech and language abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.
• Document patients' progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on advancements in speech pathology treatments and techniques.

Essential Qualifications:

• Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed)
• Valid certification as a Speech Pathologist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals of all ages with varying communication disorders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Experience:

• 5 years of experience in speech pathology practice.
• Previous work in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred.

Salary:

• Salary Range: $74,000 – $98,000 per year (AUD).

Note: Other clients with workplaces in regional Australia potentially available.

Visa:

• Sponsored working visa class 482
• 2 year visa, extendable.
• Speech Pathologist 252712 MLTSSL

• An IELTS score of 5,5,5,5 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.

  • Proof of Employment.
  • Passport copy, Showing 1 year + validity
  • Police clearance
