Skid Steer Operator for Bulk Verge Collection Services
 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team for bulk verge collection services. The ideal candidate will have excellent bucket control and at least one year of experience operating a skid steer. This role does not require final trim operator skills but demands precision and efficiency in handling the equipment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer to perform bulk verge collection services
• Ensure precise and efficient bucket control during operations
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the skid steer
• Load and unload materials as required
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience operating a skid steer
• Strong bucket control skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Flexibility to work various shifts if needed
• Valid driver's license (if required)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods
• Comfortable with physical labor, including getting in and out of the skid steer frequently
• Capable of working in various weather conditions

Casual rate: $38 per hour flat. Full-time rate: $34-36 per hour plus time and a half.
