We are looking for a driven Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. This role is suited for candidates with solid site-based experience, strong technical coordination skills, and exposure to QA and project systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QA documentation including ITPs, inspections, and RFIs
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Assist with site set-outs, resolving technical queries, and on-site problem-solving
• Track site progress and support reporting requirements
• Utilize project management systems such as Procore

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use construction
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Strong understanding of QA processes, documentation, and site coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Additional Notes:

• Onshore candidates are preferred due to direct project coordination exposure
• Strong offshore candidates will still be considered, particularly with relevant high-rise experience
