We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of high-rise residential (Class 2) developments, ensuring technical excellence, coordination, and on-time project execution. This role is ideal for candidates with strong on-site delivery experience across structure, services, and finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical delivery across structural, services, and finishing works
- Monitor construction program, sequencing, and procurement activities
- Coordinate closely with Site Managers and Foremen to drive project outcomes
- Manage subcontractor performance, quality, and compliance
- Support cost control, forecasting, and project reporting
- Identify and resolve site-based engineering and technical issues
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience in on-site project delivery (Class 2 preferred)
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies across full project lifecycle
- Proven experience in subcontractor coordination and project delivery
- Solid knowledge of program tracking, procurement, and cost control
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
