We are seeking experienced Foreman / Sub-Foreman professionals to join a high-performing construction team delivering high-rise residential (Class 2) projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strong site leadership experience across structure or finishes, and the ability to drive productivity, quality, and safety on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations across structural or finishing works
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure works meet specifications
• Monitor site productivity, sequencing, and quality of deliverables
• Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance on site
• Identify and report site issues, risks, and progress updates to the Site Manager

Requirements:

• 3–10 years’ experience in high-rise residential (Class 2) construction
• Proven experience managing trades and subcontractors on active sites
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, QA, and safety practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Additional Notes:

• Onshore (Australia-based) candidates are highly preferred
• Offshore candidates may be considered if with strong and recent high-rise experience
