Automotive Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and concerns.
• Offer recommendations and advice on necessary services and repairs.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and any issues related to the service experience.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided and follow up with customers as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships to enhance customer retention.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Proficient in computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Demonstrated success in customer service and service advising roles.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements.
• Experience working in a dealership or service center.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: £37,000 – £40,000 per year.

Visa:

Language requirements:

• An IELTS score of 7,7,7,7 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.

Future requirements:

  • Passport copy, Showing 1 year + validity
  • Police clearance

Financial requirements:
